WHVP's Year in Review 2025
As the year draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect on the experiences and milestones that shaped WHVP in 2025. It has been a year of strategic refinement, meaningful connections, professional development, and continued growth—all while staying true to our mission of helping Americans protect their wealth through Swiss offshore banking solutions.
Strengthening Relationships Across the U.S.
Throughout 2025, we continued to prioritize personal engagement by traveling extensively across the United States. With over a dozen trips completed, we connected with clients, investors interested in our services, and business partners to discuss the benefits of international diversification, privacy protection, and currency stability. These face-to-face meetings remain central to our approach, as they allow for honest, tailored conversations built on trust. As always, our 2026 travel schedule is already taking shape—so if you’d like to meet with us next year, we’d be happy to include you in our plans.
Strategic Planning in Schaffhausen
In spring, the full WHVP team came together for a one-day strategy workshop in Schaffhausen. This session allowed us to step away from daily operations and focus on the long-term direction of the company. We assessed our client service model, internal processes, and strategic goals. The day was filled with productive dialogue, alignment on priorities, and renewed energy for the road ahead. As a boutique firm, taking the time to reflect and plan as a team is critical to delivering the consistent, high-quality service our clients expect.
Experiencing Swiss Culture Together
May brought a special opportunity to experience a piece of Swiss tradition together as a team. We attended the Cantonal Schwingerfest, a beloved event celebrating Swiss-style wrestling. It was a day filled with local food, cultural pride, and camaraderie. Attending events like these reminds us not only of Switzerland’s unique heritage but also of the trust and resilience that define its financial system—values that are reflected in how we serve our clients.
Celebrating 70 Years of Vision
This year marked a significant milestone for our firm: our founder, Robert Vrijhof, turned 70. In honor of his birthday, we took time to reflect on the bold vision that launched WHVP over three decades ago.

While most wealth managers focused on domestic strategies, Robert envisioned something different—a way to help Americans protect their assets internationally. He saw a path to greater privacy, security, and independence through the trusted Swiss financial system.
That vision became WHVP: a boutique firm dedicated to helping Americans safeguard their wealth by offering access to international diversification, discreet financial protection, and peace of mind that spans generations. Today, Robert’s legacy continues to shape our values and guide our work.
Investing in Professional Growth and Leadership
September marked the completion of a one-year board education program for Jamie Vrijhof-Droese. This training deepened her understanding of governance responsibilities within the banking industry, enhancing her ability to lead the firm with integrity and foresight.
Urs Vrijhof-Droese also expanded his leadership responsibilities this year. After completing a compact training course on board member duties, he was appointed President of the Swiss Registered Investment Advisor Association. In this new role, Urs advocates for the industry, ensuring that Swiss firms working with U.S. clients continue to meet high standards of compliance, transparency, and client protection.
Welcoming New Team Members
In October, we welcomed Eric Hoffman for a six-month placement focused on improving our documentation and refining internal processes. His structured approach has already strengthened the operational backbone of the firm and created efficiencies across departments.
In November, Alisa Bekteshi joined WHVP as an Executive Assistant. She now supports our Relationship Managers by coordinating account openings, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with client onboarding. Her addition enhances our ability to offer responsive and personal service as we continue to grow.

Raising the Bar in Media and Education
This year, we reached a new level of professionalization in our external communications. Both our YouTube channel and podcast, Swiss Money Secrets, saw major improvements in content quality and production value. These platforms allow us to share insights on offshore banking, economic developments, and international wealth preservation with a broader audience in an accessible and engaging format. Whether you’re a client, advisor, or simply exploring your options, our media content is designed to inform and empower.
Looking Ahead
As we reflect on 2025, we are grateful for the growth we experienced, the people we connected with, and the principles we continued to uphold. From strategy meetings in Switzerland to client visits across the U.S., every moment reinforced our belief in the value of independent, secure, and compliant wealth management.
To our clients, thank you for your continued trust. To our partners, thank you for your collaboration. And to our team, thank you for your commitment to quality, integrity, and lasting impact.
From our family to yours, we wish you a peaceful holiday season and a prosperous start to the New Year. May 2026 bring clarity, good health, and new opportunities.
Warm regards,
The WHVP Team
